For the past 12+ years, Jef has led education, seller and employee enablement, leadership development, and customer experience programs across SaaS Martech and Fintech. She designed the infrastructure that executives rely on to drive alignment, adoption, and measurable outcomes. Her sweet spot is where strategy meets execution - translating complex ideas into clear human-centered learning experiences at scale.
Jef has led global teams, launched learning hubs, and enablement architectures from the ground up, and partnered with executives across Product, CS, Services, Sales and Marketing to solve the messy, cross-functional challenges that stall growth. Whether she is architecting onboarding programs, building content engines, or advising leaders on operational excellence, Jef is always focused on the same thing; creating clarity, accelerating adoption, and empowering people to succeed.
Jef’s career started in Customer Success, where she learned first hand what customers need to thrive. From there she moved into enablement leadership eventually serving as VP, Education and Enablement. She builds high-performing teams, scaled global programs, and helped organizations turn learning into a strategic advantage.
At the core of her work, Jef has a genuine interest in people. She wants to understand what drives them, what excites them, what they are building right now, and where they feel stuck. Jef loves conversations where she can learn something new, where her assumptions get challenged, and where the conversation ends with a share sense of “that was fun”. Curiosity is her default setting, and it’s how she builds trust, uncovers insights, and creates the kind of clarity that moves work forward.
